Taoping Gets Nasdaq Bid-Price Notice, Has Until April 2027 to Comply

Tianjin -- Taoping Inc. (Nasdaq: TAOP) has until October 15, 2026, to lift its share price back to US$1.00 after Nasdaq notified the company on October 15, 2026, that it fails the minimum bid price requirement under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).

Nasdaq based the notice on the closing bid price of Taoping's ordinary shares over the 30 consecutive business days from October 15, 2026 through October 15, 2026. The company has a 180-calendar-day compliance period. If the closing bid price reaches at least US$1.00 for a minimum of ten consecutive business days within that window, Nasdaq will confirm compliance in writing and close the matter.

Certificates of Destruction Give Firms Audit Proof of Shredding

Dayton – October 15, 2026 -- Organizations that shred confidential records without a certificate of destruction may be unable to prove compliance during audits or investigations, according to Dayton, Ohio, document shredding expert Rhet Crowe in a HelloNation feature.

Certificates give auditors documented proof that shredding met professional standards

Crowe says shredding alone is not enough. The certificate is formal evidence that confidential documents were securely destroyed, which matters most for financial reports, medical files and legal paperwork. Without it, businesses may struggle to meet documentation requirements or defend their practices under scrutiny.

NFP, an Aon company and a property and casualty (P&C) broker and benefits consultant, based the findings on a nationwide benchmarking survey of more than 1,000 employers across U.S. industries.

Employers rate their leave benefits higher than staff would

Nearly two-thirds of employers (63%) describe their leave benefits as generous. Fewer than half (48%) believe their employees would say the same. Maria Trapenasso, national practice leader for Talent Solutions at NFP, said a leave program creates no value unless employees understand, trust and feel comfortable using it.

FDA Extends Kemin's Chromium Propionate Approval to Laying Hens

Des Moines – October 14, 2026 -- The U.S. FDA Center for Veterinary Medicine has approved Kemin Industries' chromium propionate as a source of organic chromium in broiler breeder chicken and laying hen diets, extending its approved use to seven animal categories.

Chromium propionate is now cleared for swine, broiler chickens, cattle, horses, growing turkeys, broiler breeder chickens and laying hens. Kemin says its KemTRACE® Chromium is the only FDA-reviewed source of chromium propionate on the market and has been fed to millions of animals worldwide.

Kemin's research base of more than 30 years supported the FDA decision

Kemin conducted the research that served as the basis for the approval. The company says peer-reviewed studies across species show chromium can reduce cortisol, the hormone secreted in response to stress. That reduction may limit the effects of stress events such as extreme heat or cold, diet changes and disease challenges.
