Lode Gold Completes Six Holes, Expands Fremont Drilling to 4,200 m

Vancouver – October 19, 2026 -- Lode Gold Resources Inc. (TSXV: LOD) has completed six holes of its expanded 20-hole campaign at the Fremont Gold Mine in Mariposa County, California, and has lifted total planned drilling to 4,200 meters (13,780 feet) with ten additional holes.

First two holes already at the laboratory, assays pending

Samples from the first two holes have been submitted for analysis, and the company is awaiting assay results. Sample preparation and submission for the remaining holes will continue as drilling progresses. Lode Gold said it will report results once they have been received, reviewed and validated.

Six completed holes make up half of the 12-hole metallurgical program

The holes, designated PT-J_001 through PT-J_006, have planned target depths of roughly 105 to 171 meters (344 to 562 feet). They were designed with an azimuth of 240° and a dip of -75°.

Sun Silver Hits 84.5% Silver Recovery in 24 Hours at Maverick

Perth – October 14, 2026 -- Sun Silver Limited (ASX: SS1; OTCQX: SSLVF) recovered 84.5% of silver and 83.6% of gold within 24 hours in cyanide leach testwork on its Maverick Silver Project in Nevada, strengthening the case for a tank-leach/CIL processing route alongside heap leach.

Sample 1 test delivers peak recoveries within 48 hours

The top result came from Sample 1 (LT15), run at a P80 53μm grind with 5,000 ppm initial and 2,500 ppm maintained sodium cyanide and no lead nitrate. Head assay recoveries were 84.5% for silver and 83.6% for gold, with peak recoveries indicated between 0 and 48 hours. Most recoverable metal in the test was extracted in the first 24 hours.

Interim solution assays for Sample 1 pointed to higher extraction at 24 and 48 hours than the reported figures, which are calculated from final head assay grades. The company notes that interim extractions are indicative point-in-time calculations, not final recoveries.
