Ericsson Treasury Stock Hits 107.5 Million Shares in Buyback

Stockholm – September 16, 2026 -- Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson repurchased Class B shares on Nasdaq Stockholm between September 7 and September 11, 2026, pushing its total treasury stock holding to 107,518,663 Class B shares.

Ericsson executes buyback under a SEK 15 billion program launched in April 2026

The repurchases form part of a share buyback program of up to SEK 15,000,000,000 that Ericsson announced on April 16, 2026. The program runs from April 23, 2026, through March 31, 2027, at the latest.

The nominal capital increase totals USD 314.83, with no pre-emption rights granted to existing shareholders or third parties. Transfer restrictions apply in certain jurisdictions outside Denmark, including under applicable US securities laws.

Share count now stands at 102,421,267 A-shares carrying equal voting rights

Each share has a nominal value of USD 0.01 and carries one vote. The newly issued shares rank pari passu with existing stock, granting immediate dividend rights and other shareholder entitlements from the date of issuance.

Target Hospitality Closes Upsized $298M Secondary Share Sale

The Woodlands, Texas – September 16, 2026 -- Target Hospitality Corp. (Nasdaq: TH) has closed an upsized secondary offering of 16,100,000 shares of common stock at $18.50 per share, after underwriters fully exercised their option to purchase an additional 2,100,000 shares on top of the original 14,000,000-share deal.

Selling stockholders linked to TDR Capital LLP monetize a 16.1 million-share stake

The shares were sold by Arrow Holdings S.à r.l. and MFA Global S.à r.l., entities controlled by TDR Capital LLP acting as investment fund manager. At $18.50 per share, the total offering, inclusive of the upsized option, was valued at roughly $297.9 million. Target Hospitality did not sell any shares in the transaction and received no proceeds from the offering.
