Hudson County presence expands with the new site

The Jersey City Heights clinic adds capacity in Hudson County, where the company now serves more residents, families and athletes recovering from injuries, managing pain or improving mobility.

The site offers physical therapy, occupational and hand therapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture and HomeCare services.

SportsMed has expanded from 7 to 58 locations since partnering with Hildred Capital Management in 2018. Hildred is a New York City-based investor in lower middle-market healthcare companies, and SportsMed is one of its portfolio companies.

Chanhassen – November 02, 2026 -- Life Time (NYSE: LTH) and developer Dewitt Carolinas broke ground on Life Time Living at The Exchange Raleigh on Oct. 29, starting Phase Two of the 40-acre, $1 billion master-planned development in Midtown Raleigh. The residential tower is planned to open in 2028.

Tower pairs leased residences with an 80,000-square-foot athletic country club

Life Time Living is a vertically integrated tower of high-end multifamily residences for lease. It will be built together with a four-level, 80,000-square-foot Life Time athletic country club and a 40,000-square-foot rooftop beach club. The rooftop space will hold a leisure pool, a six-lane lap pool and four pickleball courts. Both clubs will be open to residents and to Life Time members.

Franklin, Tenn. – November 03, 2026 -- Multi-unit franchisee Somersault Operating, Inc. has opened its 32nd Little Gym location in Franklin, Tennessee, and plans eight more units across the Nashville area, North Carolina and Washington.

Franklin gym adds about 10 jobs in a 4,000-square-foot site

The Little Gym of Franklin, at 209 S Royal Oaks Blvd Unit 409701, held its grand opening Oct. 26. The 4,000-square-foot facility serves children ages four months through 12 and has created about 10 jobs. It is led by gym director Katie McDuffee, who competed as a Level 10 gymnast, and program director Jordan Rucker.

The facility includes salt, hot, cold and neutral indoor pools, two saunas and a steam room. A year-round "Nordic spa" style deck adds a rooftop sauna and three outdoor pools (hot, cold, neutral). It is open daily from 8am to 11:30pm, and reservations are now being accepted.

Co-Founder Jason Goodman said the brand set out to make sauna culture part of everyday life. He named locals, professionals and travelers as the target users.

Euless – October 29, 2026 -- Paris Baguette opened its 29th Texas bakery cafe in Euless on October 9, adding to a North American network of more than 300 locations as it targets 1,000 sites across the U.S. and Canada by 2030.

Four-owner franchise group opens at 2920 Rio Grande Blvd

The cafe sits at 2920 Rio Grande Blvd in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. It is operated by franchisees Swapna Varala, Sunaina, Anusha and Deepthi, who run the business as a women-owned franchise.

Varala has a hospitality and services background and owns restaurant businesses across North America. The other three owners are software engineers. According to the company, the group chose the brand for its bakery cafe concept and its potential to build ties within local communities.
