Arlington – October 22, 2026 -- RTX Corporation lets stakeholders send confidential, anonymous reports directly to its Audit Committee, its Board Lead Director, or a global helpline, with a stated zero-tolerance policy on retaliation.
Audit Committee receives accounting and internal control complaints through RTX Global Ethics and Compliance
Accounting, internal control, audit and other financial matters go to the Audit Committee. Submissions can be anonymous. RTX Global Ethics and Compliance reviews each communication and reports it to the committee.
