Proceeds fund data center and AI compute build-out in Europe and the US
The company will use the proceeds to develop and scale its data center and AI compute capacity. Spending covers power infrastructure, compute deployments and its development pipeline on both sides of the Atlantic. The equity also gives the group additional financial capacity for further AI investment and for increasing its stake in existing investments.
Free float climbs to roughly 20% as institutional base widens
The placement broadens the institutional shareholder base and is intended to improve market liquidity. It raises the free float to approximately 20% of share capital.
Founder and CEO Max-Hervé George said the deal is about keeping pace with the compute and data center markets, citing a clear strategy and a substantial pipeline in Europe and the United States.
