United States – October 19, 2026 -- Stanley Black & Decker will field three outdoor brands, DEWALT, Cub Cadet and Hustler, at Booth 5112 inside and Booth 7822D outside at Equip Expo 2026. DEWALT will preview a 2X20V MAX* XR 21-inch rear-wheel-drive self-propelled mower ahead of its November 2026 launch.
DEWALT and Cub Cadet will lead the company's outdoor lineup, with emphasis on battery-powered professional handheld tools, zero-turn mowers and stand-on mowers. Doug Redpath, President and General Manager of the Outdoor Business, said the brands will show how the company keeps delivering "innovation for outdoor professionals."
DEWALT pushes 60V MAX handheld tools toward landscapers and arborists
DEWALT's show lineup includes the 60V MAX* Earth Auger, the 60V MAX* PowerShift Concrete Saw, and the 20V MAX* Compact Hedge and Pruner tools. For arborists, it will show 60V MAX* top-handle chainsaws, pole saws, a brush saw, and related PPE and accessories. The company will also highlight step-up options in string trimmers, hedge trimmers and blowers.
DEWALT's new residential mower promises up to 90 minutes of runtime
The 2X20V MAX* XR mower kit has a robust deck, Extreme X-Blades and a striper kit. DEWALT cites up to 90 minutes of runtime per charge, measured by removing one inch of grass at height setting 6 with two DCB112 batteries, and calls this among the best in its class.
Cub Cadet centers its show presence on Synchro-Steer zero-turn technology
Cub Cadet will show its zero-turn range from the Ultima Series to commercial-grade models. Its proprietary Synchro-Steer technology provides zero-turn performance with steering-wheel control and handles hills up to 25 degrees. Select models also offer a hill-pivoting seat. Configurations are available with either lap bars or a steering wheel.
Attendees can enter the Enduro Challenge for a chance to win an Ultima ZTXS Synchro-Steer zero-turn mower. Entry runs Oct. 21-22, 2026, and is limited to registered attendees aged 18 or older who live in the contiguous 48 states or Washington, D.C.
Hustler expands its Surfer stand-on series to four models
Hustler's Surfer Series, led last year by the Surfer X, now includes the Surfer XL, Surfer XD and Surfer XDX. The series features adjustable hip pads, commercial-grade components and a heavy-duty 1.5 x 3-inch one-piece fabricated frame with thick fabricated steel decks. An optional accessory lets operators switch from single-bar to dual-bar drive control.
Hustler will also display the FasTrak X, FasTrak XD and Raptor XDX. Its Surf the Turf Mower Giveaway will award three Surfer Series stand-on mowers, with winners drawn at 3 p.m. EST on Oct. 22, 2026, in the Hustler booth. Entrants must be landscape or hardscape professionals, and winners must be present.
