September 03, 2026 – Guangzhou -- Guangzhou Shangpin Packaging Products Co., Ltd. (Sprintpackage) has doubled to tripled its annual paper tube production output after relocating operations to a new 20,000-square-meter facility in the No. 1 Hard Technology Industrial Park, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, completed in June 2026.
Six automated lines push daily capacity to 300,000 units
The new plant runs six fully automated production lines covering tube winding, slitting, paper mounting, curling, and final assembly in-house. With automation exceeding 80%, Sprintpackage now produces between 200,000 and 300,000 tube units daily, supplying buyers primarily across Europe and the Middle East.
Company serves more than 10,000 global clients since 2014
Sprintpackage's product catalog spans heavy-duty cardboard cylinder tubes and cosmetic paper lip balm tubes for the food, cosmetics, and health supplement sectors. Founder and General Manager Jack Wu attributed the client base built since 2014 to consistent pricing and manufacturing standards. "We produce mid-to-high-end quality at mid-to-low prices," Wu said, adding that the company treats client relationships with what he called complete sincerity and honesty in manufacturing.
Sprintpackage targets 10 to 15 million sushi tube shipments annually
Reacting to a demand spike for specialized sushi packaging in late 2025, Sprintpackage independently developed molds to become one of the first manufacturers worldwide with dedicated sushi paper tubes. The company now supplies these custom tubes to more than 500 international sushi chains, and the new facility projects annual shipment volume of 10 million to 15 million sushi tubes. The sushi tube line carries EU EC1935/2004 food contact grade certification and BRC (British Retail Consortium) Global Standard for Packaging certification.
Food-grade production runs under dust-free, BRC-certified conditions
All food-grade tube manufacturing occurs inside a dedicated dust-free workshop operating under ISO9001 quality management. The facility holds additional certifications and audits including FSC, BSCI, SGS, and FDA, and complies with European PPWR packaging waste requirements.
