STOCKHOLM – October 27, 2026 -- Sobi raised its 2026 revenue growth guidance to high-teens to low-20s per cent at constant exchange rates (CER), up from mid- to high-teens, after third-quarter revenue grew 16 per cent at CER to SEK 9,124 M (7,776). Reported growth was 17 per cent, and year-to-date growth stands at 23 per cent at CER. The company also announced that CEO Guido Oelkers will step down no later than the end of January 2027.
Haematology revenue rises 29% as Altuvoct sales more than double
Haematology revenue increased 29 per cent at CER to SEK 6,171 M (4,771). Altuvoct sales reached SEK 1,729 M, up from SEK 769 M a year earlier. Doptelet added SEK 1,829 M (1,408).
Revenue from Sobi's strategic portfolio grew 25 per cent at CER to SEK 6,298 M (5,001).
Immunology revenue falls 6% on lower Beyfortus royalties
Immunology revenue decreased 6 per cent at CER to SEK 2,525 M (2,658). Beyfortus royalties fell to SEK 732 M from SEK 1,166 M. Gamifant sales of SEK 834 M (733) and Kineret sales of SEK 959 M (769) partly offset the decline.
Adjusted EBITA margin slips to 45% while earnings swing to profit
The adjusted EBITA margin was 45 per cent (47), excluding items affecting comparability of SEK 97 M (6,664). EBITA rose to SEK 3,990 M (3,620), a margin of 44 per cent (47). EBIT was SEK 3,226 M, against a loss of SEK 3,858 M in the prior-year quarter.
Earnings per share before dilution were SEK 6.76 (-8.40), and SEK 6.69 (-8.32) after dilution. Adjusted EPS was SEK 6.96 (6.11) before dilution and SEK 6.89 (6.05) after. Cash flow from operating activities was SEK 1,871 M (1,840).
Sobi keeps margin guidance at mid- to high-30s while lifting revenue outlook
The company left its 2026 adjusted EBITA margin outlook unchanged at mid- to high-30s per cent of revenue.
After the quarter closed, Tryngolza received a positive CHMP opinion in Europe for the treatment of sHTG.
