New York – October 11, 2026 -- SiriusXM has signed a four-year agreement giving it exclusive distribution and exclusive global ad sales rights, across both audio and video, for the "Giggly Squad" podcast hosted by Hannah Berner and Paige DeSorbo. The deal takes effect immediately, and the show will be distributed through the SiriusXM Podcast Network.
SiriusXM takes global ad sales for audio and video editions
The agreement covers ad monetization across both editions of the show. It also includes a slate of new exclusive programming expanding the "Giggly Squad" brand, due to roll out in 2027. SiriusXM said further details will be announced later.
Show reports 150 million downloads and a top-10 comedy ranking
"Giggly Squad" started on Instagram Live in 2020. According to the release, it is now a top 10 comedy podcast and ranks as the #1 TV & Film podcast in America. It has logged more than 150 million combined downloads and ranks in the top 0.05% of podcasts globally.
The hosts have extended the brand beyond audio. They have run sold-out live tours, including two shows at Radio City Music Hall, and published a New York Times bestselling book, "How to Giggle." They are also developing a half-hour scripted comedy series for Netflix, produced by Amy Poehler's Paper Kite Productions.
New episodes publish twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
SiriusXM cites network reach of 1 in 2 U.S. podcast listeners
SiriusXM says it represents more of the top 20 Edison podcasts than any other network and reaches 1 in 2 U.S. podcast listeners each month. "Giggly Squad" joins a network that includes "SmartLess," "The Mel Robbins Podcast" and "Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend." The company points to its partnerships with YouTube and Tubi as additional monetization routes for creators across platforms.
Scott Greenstein, President and Chief Content Officer at SiriusXM, said the company would "put our expertise behind what they've built" to help the hosts expand the show further.
Episodes stay on YouTube and podcast apps; ad-free tier runs via SiriusXM Podcasts+
