EcoVadis, a global sustainability assessment firm, awarded the Gold Medal to Sidel following a thorough evaluation of its supply chain strategy. The review encompassed both the Octeville site and corporate-level operations, ensuring a holistic overview of the company’s sustainability commitments.

With over 17 years of experience, EcoVadis has become a respected authority, evaluating more than 125,000 companies worldwide across four pillars: environmental impact, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
Sidel’s Gold Medal follows a rigorous evaluation process involving over 300 detailed questions. This included critical areas such as environmental policies, labour practices, health and safety measures, business ethics, and supplier responsibility.
