Semos Cloud wins SAP TechEd 2026 partner agent race with 17 use cases

BERLIN – October 27, 2026 -- Semos Cloud has qualified as a winner of the partner agent race to SAP TechEd 2026 after presenting 17 use cases. The initiative recognizes customer-adopted AI agents built on SAP Business AI Platform that have passed SAP's validation.

Semos Cloud runs more than 20 pro-code HR agents through SAP Joule

Semos Cloud's portfolio includes more than 20 pro-code, domain-specific AI agents. They are powered by Semos IQ, the platform's intelligence layer. Semos IQ connects recognition, rewards, surveys, feedback and communications data with SAP SuccessFactors context, so agents can interpret organizational activity and recommend where to act.

Employees, managers and HR teams interact with the agents in natural language through Joule. A manager can explore team culture insights and recommended next steps, an employee can recognize a colleague, and HR can examine patterns across teams and regions. The agents operate within the identity and governance controls of the customer's SAP environment. The organization decides what the agents can access and which actions they may take.

The agents are listed in the partner AI catalog on SAP Discovery Center.

CEO Filip Misovski said the agents turn workforce signals into decisions on how organizations lead, develop and reward people, delivering "proactive, secure, and context-aware intelligence" inside existing workflows.

Misovski and SAP's Steffen Pietsch present XP114 session at TechEd on Oct. 27

At 12:00 PM CET on October 27, Misovski joins Pietsch of SAP for session XP114, "Build your agent strategy: From use case to enterprise-ready AI platform." The session covers how Semos Cloud evolved from a SaaS platform into an enterprise-ready agent platform on SAP Business AI Platform.

Semos Cloud platform serves 150+ customers and over 2 million users

The agents are in production in customer environments. The broader platform serves more than 150 customers across 25+ industries and 170+ countries, supporting over 2 million users.

SAP is among those customers. SAP Appreciate and SAP CommsHub support recognition and communications for more than 100,000 SAP employees, who recorded upwards of 500,000 recognitions in 2025.
