SciBase Delays Rights Issue Trading Start by One Day to Sept 16

Stockholm – September 17, 2026 -- SciBase Holding AB has pushed back the first day of trading in subscription rights and paid subscribed shares (BTA) tied to its ongoing rights issue by one day, moving the start date from September 15, 2026 to September 16, 2026 on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

The subscription period itself remains unchanged, running from September 15 through September 29, 2026.

Timetable shift leaves subscription window intact

The Swedish medtech company confirmed the updated timetable applies only to the trading commencement of subscription rights and BTAs, not to the underlying subscription mechanics of the capital raise.

Michael Colérus, Chief Financial Officer of SciBase, is the designated contact for investor inquiries related to the adjustment.

DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB serves as Certified Adviser

DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) continues in its role as Certified Adviser for the listing, a function it has held since the company's 2015 Nasdaq First North Growth Market debut.

SciBase has stated the rights issue is not being made available to holders in the United States, Australia, Belarus, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, South Africa or South Korea, citing jurisdictional restrictions under securities law in those markets.

No prospectus has been prepared for the offering; instead, the company has published an information document available on its investor relations website in lieu of a formal Prospectus Regulation filing.
