S-Docs Adds AI Template Agent and Built-In e-Signature to Salesforce

New York City – October 12, 2026 -- S-Docs, a document automation and e-Signature provider for Salesforce, has expanded its platform to let regulated enterprises build templates without code, collect signatures in the same workflow as document generation, and let AI assistants initiate document requests under Salesforce governance.

The launch targets a governance gap the company cites: 72% of regulated organizations have deployed AI in at least one document workflow, but only 30% have the governance to do so safely.

Visual Template Editor removes the admin and developer bottleneck

The new Visual Template Editor lets business users design documents on a page, see changes live, and add Salesforce data and conditional logic without writing code. Template creation previously required an admin or a developer. S-Docs says any trained team member can now do it, shortening the time to launch or update a document.

e-Signature moves into the core platform

S-Docs e-Signature is now built into the core product. Teams can create a document and route it for signature in a single workflow, starting from a finished PDF or a reusable template with signers already mapped. The company says this removes one handoff and one point where documents can stall.

AI Template Agent converts documents into live templates in minutes

The AI Template Agent turns a business document, such as a contract, invoice, or disclosure, into a live, Salesforce-driven template. It preserves logos, fonts, colors, layout, and the organization's approved language word-for-word. It also maps dynamic content to the appropriate Salesforce fields and places signature, initial, and form fields where customers need to complete them. S-Docs says updates that took a team days now take minutes, with no rekeying.

Headless 360 extends governed document generation to AI assistants

Through Headless 360, S-Docs extends document generation and e-Signature into AI assistants and agentic platforms, including Salesforce's Claudeforce and other MCP-enabled experiences. An AI assistant interprets the user's need and starts the request, S-Docs generates the document, and Salesforce controls who is allowed to request what.

CEO Brian Stimpfl said regulated enterprises want the speed of AI-driven interfaces but cannot lose control of the underlying business process, and that documents remain generated, tracked, and governed as compliance functions require.

CTO Anand Narasimhan said work is shifting from static dashboards to conversational AI, with AI interpreting intent while S-Docs executes the document inside Salesforce's secure boundary.
