Irving, Texas – September 08, 2026 -- Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics has appointed Lorri Detrick as Chief Executive Officer and Andrew Napolitano as Chief Financial Officer, restructuring its top leadership as the multi-location dental provider enters its next growth phase.
Co-founder Zarrabi steps back to Executive Chairman role
Dr. Saam Zarrabi, Rodeo's Co-Founder and outgoing CEO, will transition to Executive Chairman, retaining involvement in the company's vision, culture, doctor relationships, patient experience, innovation, and long-term expansion strategy. Zarrabi said the leadership shift was designed to protect the company's mission of expanding access to high-end dental care while adding executives capable of scaling the organization.
Detrick brings two decades of healthcare operations experience
Detrick joins with more than 20 years in healthcare leadership, including over a decade in dentistry. She most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, a multi-location dental organization, where she focused on culture-building, leadership development, doctor partnerships, and operating systems for sustainable growth.
Napolitano adds multi-site healthcare finance background
Napolitano previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Exer Urgent Care, where he oversaw financial strategy, operational finance, and capital planning to support organizational growth. He is a UCLA graduate, sharing that alma mater with Rodeo Co-Founders Dr. Saam Zarrabi and Dr. K.
New hires join existing executive bench
Detrick and Napolitano join a leadership team that already includes Suzanne Jackson, President & Chief Operating Officer, and Dr. Yahya Mansour, Chief Dental Officer. The combined team now spans operations, clinical care, finance, culture, and doctor partnership functions across Rodeo's national footprint.
