Rock Tech Lithium Names Phineo Founder Rickert Strategic Advisor

TORONTO – October 21, 2026 -- Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSXV: RCK) has appointed Andreas Rickert, founder of Phineo, as an external Strategic Advisor to support its search for long-term investors and strategic partners.

Rickert to advise on positioning and partner outreach

Rickert's career includes positions at McKinsey and The World Bank. He has an established network across German business, investment and philanthropic communities.

He will work with Rock Tech on an advisory basis. His remit covers strategic counsel on the company's positioning, engagement with relevant business stakeholders, and support in building relationships with potential investors and strategic partners.

Appointment targets capital and partners for two converter projects

Rock Tech is developing lithium converter projects in Guben, Germany, with capacity of 24,000 tonnes of lithium hydroxide monohydrate (LHM) per year, and in Ontario, Canada, at approximately 30,000 tonnes per annum of lithium salts. The Guben converter has been recognized as a Strategic Project under the EU Critical Raw Materials Act.

For the Canadian project, Rock Tech cites its wholly-owned Georgia Lake Project among its intended raw material sources. The company says it is developing that project in partnership with local Indigenous communities.

CEO Mirco Wojnarowicz said Rickert's entrepreneurial experience and reach across Germany's business and investment communities make him "a strong strategic partner" for the company.
