RLDatix Launches RLD360 Credentialing to Cut Provider Onboarding Time

Chicago – October 19, 2026 -- RLDatix has launched RLD360 Credentialing, a hybrid offering that pairs software with built-in automation and NCQA-certified verification services, aiming to shorten provider credentialing at a time when the typical physician start date falls 229 days after a position is posted.

The 229-day figure comes from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment 2026 Physician and Provider Recruitment Benchmarking Report. It covers credentialing, privileging, licensing and onboarding. Delays hit providers and staff and hold back patient access to care, limiting health systems' ability to meet growing demand.

RLDatix gives health systems more direct control of credentialing

The offering builds on RLDatix's existing credentialing services and adds software that lets health systems own and control more of the process. It is combined with the company's managed provider library and expertise. RLDatix says the product is designed to:

  • Reduce application processing time through automation that also removes errors and improves data quality.
  • Collect provider applications through a secure online form covering both medical staff credentialing and provider enrollment.
  • Provide data transparency and reporting from one instance of each provider, reducing siloed work.
  • Increase operational capacity without adding administrative headcount as networks expand.
RLD360 module creates a single verified provider record across workflows

RLDatix is an NCQA-certified credentials verification organization, and its certified credentialing specialists support the process. RLD360 Credentialing is a module of the RLD360 platform. Each credentialed provider therefore has a verified record that connects workflows across a customer's RLDatix solutions, including payer enrollment, peer review, safety and compliance.

RLDatix CEO Dan Michelson said health systems are onboarding providers amid workforce shortages, growing patient demand and rising operational pressure. He said the company developed the approach with customers to combine technology and verification expertise in one solution.

KLAS customer feedback cites shift from paper to automated workflow

A medical staff office leader quoted in recent KLAS Research feedback on RLDatix Credentialing (Primarily Services) said the service turned an all-paper, manual process into one that handles licensing and expiring-record emails and verification follow-up. That frees staff to focus on quality review and payer enrollment.

RLDatix will showcase RLD360 Credentialing at the NAMSS 50th Annual Conference in New Orleans, Oct. 18–21.
