FLORHAM PARK – October 21, 2026 -- Reworld has appointed Robert "Mickey" McKee, founder, President and CEO of NYSE-listed Kodiak Gas Services (KGS), to its Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2026.
McKee brings more than two decades of energy infrastructure experience to the Reworld board
McKee founded the Kodiak group of companies in 2010. He has served as President since its formation and as CEO since 2019. Under his direction, Kodiak became one of the leading operators of contract compression infrastructure in the United States.
He led Kodiak through its 2023 initial public offering and its recent expansion into distributed power generation. He has also sat on Kodiak's Board of Directors since 2023.
Operating record at CDM Resource Management shaped his fleet and OEM expertise
Before Kodiak, McKee spent nearly a decade at CDM Resource Management, LLC, a provider of contract natural gas compression services. He rose to Senior Vice President of Sales and Engineering. In that role he oversaw engineering and fleet management, vendor and OEM relationships, and sales and marketing in some of the company's highest-growth regions. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Tulane University.
Reworld ties the appointment to its next growth phase
Reworld President and CEO Azeez Mohammed, who has known McKee for five years, said McKee's operational expertise and growth focus will help as the company expands its capabilities.
Board Chairman Howard Lance said McKee's industry knowledge and strategic insight will help inform Reworld's strategic direction as it pursues new opportunities.
McKee said he plans to apply his energy infrastructure and operations experience to help Reworld build on its momentum.
