Reliable Sprinkler, ASC Merge to Form Reliable Safety & Flow Corp

Oak Brook, Ill. – September 07, 2026 -- Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation (RSFC) launched today, combining more than 175 years of manufacturing heritage from Reliable Automatic Sprinkler, founded in 1920, and ASC Engineered Solutions, founded in 1850 as Anvil, into a single fire protection and flow systems supplier.

Merger creates one of the industry's broadest integrated safety and flow portfolios

The unified company combines fire sprinklers, devices and flexible connections, pipe joining, flow control and valves, fittings, and structural support solutions under a single accountable brand, supplemented by digital design and planning tools. RSFC targets engineers, contractors, distributors, and owners across critical infrastructure, water management, commercial construction, healthcare, education, data centers, and energy markets.

CEO Hild positions combined firm to address rising project complexity

"The built world is changing quickly. Projects are more complex, schedules are tighter, and the built world need partners who can solve more than one piece of the system," said G. Jason Hild, Chief Executive Officer of Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation. He said the new entity brings together two established companies with the scale and expertise to build on 175 years of combined experience.

Existing contracts and customer relationships continue without disruption

RSFC confirmed that existing contracts remain in effect according to their original terms, with no interruption expected to current products, specifications, technical support, or sales relationships. No customer action is required as a result of the merger. Both reliablesprinkler.com and asc-es.com will stay live throughout the transition period.

Combined operations span more than 50 North American sites and nine international facilities

The unification, formalized in August 2026, merges Reliable Sprinkler's century-long fire protection expertise with ASC's heritage in pipe joining and flow management. RSFC operates from more than 50 sites across North America plus nine international facilities, serving thousands of customers across digital infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, institutional, government, energy, commercial, warehouse, multi-family residential, transportation, hospitality, and water/wastewater sectors.

The company said the consolidated portfolio reduces handoffs and simplifies specification across water infrastructure, flow control, pipe joining systems, hanger and support systems, natural gas delivery, fire protection, seismic solutions, and digital performance systems.
