ReachWell Relaunches Agency Platform With New CEO, Anonymous App

Littleton, Colorado – October 29, 2026 -- ReachWell has relaunched its government communication platform with a new brand identity and a new CEO, Jesse Sanders, who joined as an owner and led the rebuild.

Platform automatically translates every message across five channels

The platform sends each message by SMS, email, voice, web and a mobile app, translating it into the languages spoken by an agency's audience. For messages affecting rights, benefits, safety or health, an agency can have its own qualified reviewer check each translation before sending.

Teams can track delivery, views, clicks and replies by channel. They can also export every message, translation and recipient for audits.

Resident app lets users subscribe without giving a name, phone number or email

Residents can subscribe anonymously through the ReachWell mobile app, without providing their name, location, phone number or email. They receive official updates in their language directly from agencies and community organizations.

Sanders said many residents never sign up for alerts, including those who fear sharing their information, change phone numbers often or do not read English. "Fewer residents are left disconnected," he said of the new platform.

Compliance coverage spans Title VI, FOIA, TCPA and ADA Title II

The platform is built to meet standards on language access (Title VI), public records (FOIA and state public records acts), texting (A2P 10DLC and TCPA) and accessibility (ADA Title II).

Departments, agencies and organizations across a county or state can share campaigns and see what others plan to send, so residents receive coordinated, well-timed updates. Leaders get visibility into resident engagement across every department, agency and organization they oversee.

Sanders has spent more than 20 years building software for enterprises in high-compliance regulated industries. Lindsay Mitchell, public information officer for Delta County, Colorado, said residents report enjoying updates they would not normally have seen.
