Oviedo, Fla. – October 21, 2026 -- The National Center for Integrated Emergency Response (NCIER), the services division of C3 Pathways, Inc., has updated its School Safety and Violent Event Incident Management (SSAVEIM) Train-the-Trainer course into a 16-hour, two-day program for up to 30 candidates drawn from schools, law enforcement, and fire and EMS.

Course seats roughly ten candidates from each of three disciplines

The target mix is approximately ten school personnel, ten law enforcement officers, and ten fire and EMS staff. Emergency management participants are encouraged to attend. Candidates first work through coached scenarios as students, then learn to facilitate the same scenarios in their home communities. The scenarios run from the first 911 call through reunification, the process of returning every student to the right parent.
