Realtor.com+ Launches RealAssist AI, Hits 192,000 Agents in 21 Markets
Santa Clara, California – October 06, 2026 -- Realtor.com®+ has reached more than 192,000 agents across 21 live markets since its January 2026 debut, with up to 10% agent adoption rates recorded in those markets, as the platform rolls out a new AI assistant called RealAssistTM AI to automate routine agent tasks.
RealAssist AI targets repetitive agent workflows with three core tools
The new feature set includes AI-driven client and search setup that captures buyer preferences to auto-generate tailored home searches, a Daily Digest that consolidates chats, searches, notifications and price changes into a single summary with suggested next steps, and Agentic Actions that recommend and help execute tasks such as refining searches using MLS data fields or drafting client messages. Agents retain approval authority over every automated action.
