Enertech Adds $0-Down Lease and HELOC Options for Geothermal

Greenville, Illinois – October 29, 2026 -- Enertech Global LLC has signed two financing partnerships that let HVAC contractors offer residential geothermal heat pump installations with $0 down, targeting the upfront cost that makes homeowners hesitate.
Palmetto lease covers maintenance and repairs for 10 years
The Palmetto Geothermal Lease carries no down payment and includes maintenance and repairs for the full 10-year term. Palmetto says it has deployed more than $4B in assets over more than a decade in clean energy leasing. Contractors can offer the lease through a turnkey financing portal.
Enertech is one of a select group of equipment manufacturers approved for the program.
