Bitmine controls 4.9% of the entire ETH supply, nearing its 5% acquisition target

The company's ETH position, valued at $2,511 per token, represents 4.9% of the 120.7 million total ETH supply outstanding. Chairman Thomas "Tom" Lee said Bitmine is now 98% of the way toward what the company calls the "5% Alchemy" goal, achieved in just 15 months since launching its Ethereum treasury strategy on June 30, 2025. The firm added 53,501 ETH in the past week alone, marking 65 consecutive weeks of purchases.
