BPRE Raises Distributions to 7.0%, Sets Oct 6 Roadmap Update

New York – September 10, 2026 -- Bluerock Private Real Estate Fund (NYSE: BPRE) has lifted its distribution rate to 7.0% of net asset value as of June 2026, up from 5.25% at its December 2025 listing, following four separate increases in six months.
Fund schedules October 6 webinar to detail capital rotation progress
BPRE will host a semi-annual progress report webinar on October 6, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. ET titled "BPRE Strategic Roadmap: A Progress Report." Chief Investment Officer Ryan MacDonald and Head of Listed Products Steven Baffico will present updates on the Fund's two-pillar strategy: shifting capital out of legacy core+ institutional real estate holdings into specialty direct property investments, and sustaining distribution growth.
