Research Solutions Posts Record $2.8M Net Income, B2B ARR Up 14%

Henderson – September 15, 2026 -- Research Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: RSSS) reported fiscal year 2026 net income of $2.8 million, more than double the $1.3 million posted in fiscal 2025, as its shift toward higher-margin Platform subscriptions offset a decline in transaction volume.
B2B annual recurring revenue climbs 14.1% to $16.2 million
For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, total ARR reached $22.5 million, up 7.8% year-over-year, comprising $16.2 million of B2B recurring revenue and $6.3 million from B2C. The B2B segment added 105 net new platform deployments during the year, while AI-related ARR contributed $0.8 million.
