Boca Raton – October 15, 2026 -- Phoenix Tower International (PTI) has been Certified by Great Place To Work across 15 markets, with Peru joining the list of certified markets this year.
PTI's certifications span Latin America, Europe and the United States
The certified markets include Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France (including the French West Indies), Germany, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, Spain and the United States. In the US, the certification covers PTI Corporate and PTI Services.
PTI owns and operates more than 33,000 towers, rooftops and other wireless infrastructure across 24 markets in the Americas and Europe. The certified footprint therefore covers 15 of those 24 markets.
Employee feedback alone determines the certification
Great Place To Work bases the certification entirely on employee feedback about workplace experience, measuring trust, collaboration and engagement. CEO Dagan Kasavana said the recognition comes directly from employees: "This achievement belongs to them."
Chief People Officer Marcella Barry said the result across 15 markets reflects a shared commitment to inclusion across different countries and cultures. She added that PTI will keep investing in employee growth, well-being and overall experience.
