CALGARY – October 28, 2026 -- Peloton has launched Peloton Broker, a tract-based pre-leasing management tool that moves energy land teams from prospect to signed lease without re-entering data or switching between separate systems. The product is available now.
Broker extends Peloton's Land Data Management suite to the earliest lease stage
Peloton Broker joins LandView, LandView Map and Peloton Dashboards in the Land Data Management solution of the Peloton Platform. Pre-leasing work carries directly into agreement-based lease management in LandView. The tool serves brokers, consultants, land departments and legal teams at oil and gas operators and renewable energy developers.
James Hatcher, Product Manager for Land Data Management at Peloton, said pre-leasing is where land data is most scattered, with ownership research, negotiation notes and title issues held in different places.
Five functions target ownership, negotiation and title risk
- Tract-level ownership tracking covering surface and mineral rights
- Negotiation workflows that record every offer, contact and status change
- Title curative support to flag concerns before they delay execution
- GIS-driven prospect management connected to LandView Map
- Audit-ready records with traceability from first contact to executed lease
Platform integration links land data to WellView, ProdView and ERP systems
The Peloton Platform is a SaaS solution hosted by Microsoft Azure that combines well, production and land data. Master data such as business associates, wells and units is shared across products. Land data connects to WellView and ProdView and integrates with third-party ERP and financial systems.
Peloton backs the platform's security with SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications.
