The conference opens with leadership expert Pegine addressing strategic decision-making amid organizational chaos and command-presence communication. Carolyn Hayden-Garner, a global executive at Tesla, will close the event with a session on the systems governing accuracy and accountability within payroll organizations.
Attendees select from four certificate programs covering global payroll operations
Participants will choose one of four certificate tracks: Payroll System Selection and Implementation, Strategic Payroll Practices, The Art and Science of Building Strong Vendor Alliances, and Managing Payroll Operations Across the Globe.
