Orgvue Launches WebMCP, First Standard for Governed AI Agents in Org Design

London – October 06, 2026 -- Orgvue has launched a Web Model Context Protocol (WebMCP) interface, becoming one of the first software vendors to adopt the emerging standard for connecting trusted AI agents directly to its organizational design platform.

WebMCP links AI agents to live Orgvue workspaces for natural-language queries

The interface connects a customer's chosen AI agent to an already-open Orgvue Workspace browser tab, allowing agents to use pre-built tools to respond to natural language requests. This adds a structured, machine-readable layer on top of the browser interface, letting users see and verify the actions agents take within the platform.

No organizational data updates without explicit human review, Orgvue says

Agents can surface analysis and propose model changes, but Orgvue requires explicit human validation before any data is updated, generating an auditable and reversible decision record for each confirmed change. The company positions this as a safeguard against trading analytical speed for data control or security when evaluating decisions such as team transfers or span-of-control changes across a business unit.

Chief Product Officer says framework is built to scale with emerging agent capabilities

Jessica Modrall, Chief Product Officer at Orgvue, said the WebMCP framework is designed so that underlying workflows, rules, and methodologies carry forward as new agent capabilities emerge, enabling repeatable and scalable organizational design that standalone AI platforms cannot provide.

Early access trial runs six to twelve weeks ahead of January 2027 rollout

Orgvue has begun an early access trial with a select number of customers, expected to run for six to twelve weeks. WebMCP is now listed in the Anthropic Claude AI connector directory covering the EU, US, and Asia-Pacific regions, and will become generally available to all Orgvue customers starting January 2027.
