Organizations using the framework can select the AI model and provider that fits their business requirements, while Nuix supplies the governance layer linking that model to its patented data-processing engine. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office used this flexibility to select AI models suited to its operations and integrate them into Nuix Neo workflows.

AI Agent reaches Early Adopter stage under Responsible Innovation Framework
The Nuix Neo AI Agent, a conversational investigation tool, is currently available to Early Adopter participants through the Nuix Responsible Innovation Framework. It allows analysts to interrogate data with reasoning across text, metadata and images, drawing on Nuix's APIs and a curated knowledge graph in what the company describes as a consistent, auditable manner.
