IDC credits integrated advisory and technology, a unified delivery model and an ESG partner ecosystem
IDC lists four strengths:
- Integration of strategy advisory with proprietary technology assets.
- A global delivery model that has not been fragmented along regional lines.
- Explicit application of NTT DATA's own sustainability methodologies to its internal operations.
- A partner ecosystem that includes major hyperscale cloud providers and specialized ESG software vendors.
Dan Versace, Research Analyst for ESG Business Services at IDC, said the combination of advisory with proprietary technology and consistent internal use of its methodologies reinforces NTT DATA's Leader position in this year's assessment.
