London – – October 06, 2026 -- Nscale Limited has appointed Amy Banse, a 30-year corporate governance veteran, to its Board of Directors, naming her Chair of the Compensation Committee.
Banse brings multi-board credentials from Adobe, Lennar and On Holding AG
Banse currently sits on the boards of Adobe, Lennar Corporation and On Holding AG, and previously served on the board of The Clorox Company. She has also held board seats at high-growth, pre-IPO firms including Nextdoor, Anchor and Quantifind.
Nscale CEO ties the hire to the company's scaling infrastructure ambitions
"As we scale, the quality of our governance matters as much as the quality of our infrastructure," said Josh Payne, Founder and CEO of Nscale. Payne said Banse's board experience arrives at a "pivotal moment" for the company.
Prior Comcast leadership roles add deal and funds experience to the board
Banse previously served as Executive Vice President at Comcast Corporation and as Managing Director and Head of Funds at Comcast Ventures. She has chaired the Compensation Committee at Adobe and served on compensation committees at On Holding AG and Clorox.
Banse said Nscale is positioned among a small group of companies set to shape the next phase of AI infrastructure, citing the vertically integrated model spanning software, compute and power.
