Hallandale Beach – September 18, 2026 -- NextPlat Corp (NASDAQ: NXPL) said its UK subsidiary Global Telesat Communications Ltd (GTC) has signed an agreement to sell satellite-enabled communications and tracking devices on Decathlon's digital marketplace, giving the satcom retailer entry into 20 countries.
GTC gains direct access to Decathlon's outdoor and sports shopper base
The catalog will feature products running on Globalstar, Iridium and Inmarsat networks, targeting activities such as hiking, cycling, sailing, camping, skiing and expeditions where mobile coverage is unreliable. Decathlon operates more than 1,700 stores across over 70 countries and regions and employs more than 100,000 people, founded in 1976.
Decathlon adds emergency-safety connectivity to its e-commerce assortment
The listings will cover devices designed for use in remote areas beyond mobile-phone range, expanding Decathlon's existing outdoor gear range with navigation, tracking and personal-safety hardware.
David Phipps, CEO of NextPlat and Managing Director of GTC, said the deal pairs Decathlon's global e-commerce scale with GTC's satellite communications specialization, and that the company expects to build sales through the channel in the coming months.

GTC has more than 18 years of operating history and currently serves over 70,000 customers in more than 150 countries, offering satellite voice, data, personnel and asset tracking, and IoT solutions. The company sells through more than 30 e-commerce channels and counts Iridium, Globalstar, Inmarsat and Starlink among its network partners.
