SALT LAKE CITY – October 21, 2026 -- Moises, the AI creative suite used by 80 million musicians, and SoundCloud, the music platform with 40+ million artists, have launched an integration that moves tracks from SoundCloud into Moises for production and back to SoundCloud for release and monetization.
Artists can import SoundCloud tracks into Moises on mobile or web
Artists connect their SoundCloud account and bring eligible tracks directly into Moises. There they can use stem separation, chord detection and lyric detection to practice and learn. Moises Studio, its web-based audio studio, supports mixing, mastering and track reimagining through contextual stem generation. Artists can also invite producers and other artists to collaborate in real time.
Moises debuts agentic assistant Moi for audio workstations
Moi is described as the first agentic production assistant built specifically for audio workstations. It sets up sessions, mixes and masters to user requirements, and teaches musicians of all levels. Moises says its platform runs on more than 50 proprietary AI models and processes nearly six years' worth of audio every day.
Finished tracks publish straight back to SoundCloud for monetization
Artists can publish finished tracks directly to SoundCloud, where eligible artists can reach listeners and monetize qualifying music. SoundCloud hosts 500+ million tracks across 193 countries. The integration therefore connects production tools with an established distribution and revenue channel.
Moises CEO Geraldo Ramos said the goal remains the "democratization of professional-grade tools for musicians."
Both companies commit to consent-based AI training
SoundCloud states it does not use artists' music to train generative AI models without explicit consent. It frames its AI approach around consent, attribution, transparency and creator control. Moises says its models are trained exclusively on licensed and authorized music, not on content users upload or create within the platform. Its tools support practice and production rather than generating complete songs.
