Reston – October 29, 2026 -- U.S. Cyber Command has awarded Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) a $99 million Other Transaction Authority (OTA) prototype agreement to continue developing a digital platform for planning, coordinating and assessing cyber missions in one environment.
Platform consolidates separate cyber workflows into one system
Cyber Command describes the system as the first integrated platform of its kind for cyber operators. It merges workflows and tools that were traditionally separate. Its modular architecture is intended to support integration with government and third-party technologies as mission needs change, which gives the government flexibility in how the platform is developed and sustained.
Kudu Dynamics team cuts mission planning to under 24 hours in some cases
Leidos' Kudu Dynamics team developed the technology. Jason O'Connor, president of Leidos Intelligence, said the platform has shortened mission planning cycles to less than 24 hours in some cases. He said it delivers mission planning, execution and assessment at speed and scale.
Leidos ties award to NorthStar 2030 growth strategy
Leidos acquired Kudu Dynamics in 2025 to expand its cyber technology, engineering and mission-support capabilities. The company says the award advances its NorthStar 2030 strategy, in which cyber is a key growth driver. Leidos reported annual revenues of approximately $17.2 billion for the fiscal year ended January 2, 2026.
