San Francisco – October 19, 2026 -- JustAI launched a full-stack agentic marketing platform that combines CRM, orchestration, creative, delivery infrastructure and measurement in one AI-native system, with customer results including a 30% rise in loan application starts at Better Mortgage and a 27% subscription lift at Coursera.
The company, founded by former Twitter and Pinterest growth leaders, is expanding from personalization at scale to the entire marketing stack. The platform runs on its Marketing Harness. Customers span education, financial services, insurance and consumer technology, including Coursera, Pinterest, Airtable and Lemonade.
Survey data shows marketers still struggle to prove revenue impact
JustAI is targeting a measurement gap. According to a 2026 Harris Poll survey for Madison Logic, 48% of marketing leaders admit they are still guessing which activities drive purchases. Another 90% say marketers who cannot show business impact will struggle to justify their budgets.
Budgets add pressure. Gartner's 2026 CMO Spend Survey found marketing budgets have held under 8% of company revenue, and 56% of CMOs say they lack the budget to deliver their 2026 strategy.
"Much of marketing's complexity, like journeys, snippets and rules, was built around technological limitations," said CEO and co-founder Neha Mittal, arguing for a new software category.
JustAI measures incremental revenue against control groups
The platform compares customers who received a campaign with similar customers who did not. Teams report incremental revenue rather than opens and clicks.
At Better Mortgage, JustAI rebuilt two revenue-critical email journeys and tested them against the originals. The share of pre-approved shoppers who started a full loan application rose 30%, from 9.25% to 12.08%.
Acorns ran 1,000 AI decisions across 65 million messages
JustAI's agents build journeys and adapt to each customer's behavior, language and market in real time, testing which version works best for each person. At Acorns, the system made more than 1,000 AI-driven decisions across 65 million messages, optimizing for upgrades and retention. The deployment compressed three years of testing into one month.
Coursera launched three journeys in under two weeks without engineers
Marketers set goals and guardrails, and the agents handle execution. QA models handle verification, and nothing goes live without marketer approval. Coursera launched three journeys in under two weeks with no engineering work and lifted subscriptions among at-risk learners by 27%.
