Internova Travel Group Extends Modern Slavery Policy to Advisors

United States – October 21, 2026 -- Internova Travel Group has adopted a zero-tolerance modern slavery policy that covers independent travel advisors, agents and consultants as well as employees, directors and officers.

The policy applies to Travel Leaders Group Holdings, LLC, which does business as Internova Travel Group, and its subsidiaries. It follows the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and added guidance from the U.S. Department of Defense's Combating Trafficking In Persons Program Management Office (CTIP PMO). The company states that not all sections of the Act apply to it directly, but it has committed to meet stakeholder expectations.

Company commits to four actions under the Act
  • Publish a policy statement under Provision 54 of the Act on transparency in supply chains.
  • Set the same standards for suppliers, contractors and business partners through contractual processes and/or third-party assessment reviews.
  • Review applicable policies and procedures regularly to include references to modern slavery.
  • Train and raise awareness among employees as necessary.
Human Resources takes day-to-day enforcement

Senior Executives hold overall responsibility for the policy's compliance with legal and ethical obligations. The Human Resources department monitors its use, audits internal controls and investigates allegations of modern slavery in the business or its supply chains. Line managers must ensure their direct reports understand and comply with the policy.

Staff must notify a line manager or Human Resources immediately if they suspect a breach. The company says it will not allow detrimental treatment or victimization of anyone who reports a suspicion in good faith, even if the concern proves mistaken.

Breaches trigger dismissal or contract termination

Employees who breach the policy face disciplinary action, up to and including summary dismissal for gross misconduct. The company may end commercial relationships with suppliers, contractors and business partners that breach the policy or are found to have been involved in modern slavery.

The Management Team will review the policy annually and communicate changes to staff.
