Inhibrx to Reveal Phase 2 HexAgon Data on INBRX-106 Sept. 8

San Diego – September 09, 2026 -- Inhibrx Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: INBX) will webcast primary endpoint results from the randomized, controlled Phase 2 portion of its HexAgon study on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 5:00 a.m. Pacific Time.

Phase 2 data will compare INBRX-106 combination therapy against pembrolizumab alone

The study evaluates INBRX-106, a hexavalent OX40 agonist, combined with pembrolizumab against pembrolizumab monotherapy as a control arm. The trial enrolled first-line, treatment-naïve patients with PD-L1 positive (CPS ≥ 20) metastatic or unresectable recurrent Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC).

Investors can access the presentation via webcast or dial-in

The event will be accessible online or by phone at 1-888-880-3330 using conference ID 6981384. A slide presentation of the data will be incorporated into the company's investor deck and remain available on Inhibrx's website for 60 days following the event.

INBRX-106 uses proprietary single-domain antibody technology for T-cell activation

INBRX-106 targets OX40 (CD134), a costimulatory receptor on T-cells, using Inhibrx's single-domain antibody platform designed to achieve high-order receptor clustering. The company states this clustering approach addresses limitations seen in traditional bivalent antibody methods for T-cell activation and survival.
