Ideas2IT, Lyzr Partner to Move Enterprise AI Agents Into Production

North America – October 21, 2026 -- Ideas2IT and Lyzr have agreed to jointly develop, sell and deploy enterprise agentic systems across North America, targeting the gap between AI agent pilots and reliable production deployments.

Lyzr supplies the platform while Ideas2IT owns delivery

Lyzr will provide orchestration, evaluation, governance and lifecycle management capabilities. Ideas2IT will lead solution architecture, agent development, enterprise integration, testing, deployment and ongoing optimization.

The agreement covers joint business development, solution engineering and implementation. The companies will work with enterprise CIOs to identify use cases and integrate agents into existing systems and workflows. Initial focus is industry-specific solutions for regulated enterprises, including healthcare and financial services.

Engagements are planned in stages: use case identification and architecture design, build and integration, then operation and optimization after launch. Customers will deal with one coordinated team, and Ideas2IT's forward-deployed engineers will work alongside client staff so system knowledge stays inside the customer organization.

Governance gaps stall agents between pilot and production

The companies say building an agent is no longer the main obstacle. The harder work starts when agents must connect to legacy systems, respect access controls, produce auditable decisions and keep performing as data and processes change.

Enterprises want to know which agent took which action, on what data and under whose authority. When those controls are rebuilt for each deployment, projects slow down and standards drift across business units.

"Enterprise adoption depends on how well agents work within existing systems, processes and controls," said Murali Vivekanandan, president of Ideas2IT.

Ideas2IT's Agentic SDLC Studio featured in Lyzr's 2026 research

Ideas2IT was recently included in Lyzr's Agentic Delivery Innovators 2026 research. The report highlighted its proprietary Agentic SDLC Studio, which applies agents across requirements, implementation, testing and verification, with uses in feature delivery, automated testing, code review and modernization.
