Indivior's acquisition of Supernus is expected to close soon
S&P SmallCap 600 constituent Indivior Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASD: INDV) is acquiring Supernus. The transaction is expected to close soon, subject to final closing conditions.
After the merger, Indivior will assume the name Supernus Inc. and trade under the symbol SUPN. The combined company will remain in the S&P SmallCap 600.
