Dubai – October 27, 2026 -- Executive coach Shuja Rabbani told HR professionals at the HRSE in Dubai that HR leaders must build the capability to guide AI adoption while staying accountable for its impact on people. He has delivered the workshop to more than 300 HR professionals and industry leaders.
Rabbani's 14 October session at Dubai World Trade Centre covered practical AI skills
The presentation, titled "From HR Expert to AI Champion: A Roadmap," covered AI-supported employee performance feedback, structured prompting techniques and emotional intelligence as technology changes how organizations work.
Rabbani places accountability for workplace decisions with people, not systems
The session addressed AI ethics and governance. Rabbani argued that responsibility for workplace decisions stays with people. He advocates a stronger strategic role for HR in building workforce capability, sustaining trust through change and adopting AI responsibly.
In his words, organizations need HR leaders who can prepare the workforce for disruption before it arrives.
