Los Angeles – September 08, 2026 -- Hozpitality Group will convene senior women executives from Marriott International, Delta Air Lines, FIFA World Cup 2026 Los Angeles and The Music Center at an exclusive leadership forum on October 7, 2026, at Cameo Beverly Hills.

Forum caps attendance at 50 to 80 senior industry leaders

The Hozpitality Women Leadership Forum 2026 runs from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM under the theme "Breaking Barriers & Building Success: How Women Leaders Are Shaping the Future of Hospitality & Tourism." Organizers expect a curated audience of approximately 50 to 80 senior professionals and invited media, drawn from hospitality, aviation, sports, entertainment and the arts.

Five confirmed panelists represent aviation, sports and performing arts sectors

Jackie Filla, President & CEO of the Hotel Association of Los Angeles, will moderate a panel featuring Heather Allison, Vice President of Luxury Sales for Marriott International's Western Region; Susan Feniger, Chef-Owner of Mundo Hospitality Group; Brandy Thigpen, Host City Director for FIFA World Cup 2026 in Los Angeles; Dana Debel, Managing Director of State & Local Government Affairs at Delta Air Lines; and Rachel S. Moore, President & CEO of The Music Center, Performing Arts Center of Los Angeles County. Laura Stomber, Founder of House of Stombs, will serve as Event Presenter.

Panel discussion targets career pathways and talent retention

Discussion topics include career-defining moments, professional barriers, talent development strategies and cross-sector collaboration among hospitality, aviation, tourism, sports and culture. Raj Bhatt, Founder & CEO of Hozpitality Group, said the forum aims to let leaders "share their experiences, discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping our industries, and inspire the next generation of leaders."

Event structure includes networking, panel and audience Q&A segments

The program opens with welcome networking from 3:00 to 3:30 PM, followed by a welcome address from Vandana (Vee) Bhatt, Co-Founder & Managing Director of Hozpitality Group, from 3:30 to 3:45 PM. The featured panel runs 3:45 to 4:45 PM, followed by a 30-minute audience Q&A and closing cocktails and networking from 5:15 to 6:00 PM.

Forum follows California GM Powerlist as part of U.S. expansion

The event builds on Hozpitality Group's recent U.S. initiatives, including the inaugural Hozpitality's Best GM Powerlist – California 2026, which recognized General Managers across the state.
