Adjusted net profit reached approximately US$71.6 million, marking seven consecutive profitable half-years. Cash and cash equivalents stood at approximately US$359.2 million as of June 30, 2026.
Pipeline of nearly 30 candidates advances toward regulatory submission
The Company has built a portfolio of nearly 30 differentiated drug candidates spanning immunology, oncology, metabolism, and central nervous system disease. Lead asset Batoclimab (HBM9161) has been submitted for Biologics License Application review as a potential blockbuster across multiple autoimmune indications. Porustobart (HBM4003), described as the first fully human heavy-chain-only antibody to enter global clinical development, has shown positive efficacy and safety data in monotherapy and combination studies against advanced solid tumors.
Windward Bio dosed first patients in Phase II COPD study of HBM9378
Partner Windward Bio initiated the Phase II SIRIUS study of HBM9378, an ultra-long-acting anti-TSLP antibody, for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and completed dosing of the first patients. Initial readouts from the Phase II/III POLARIS asthma study are expected in the second half of 2026, with the first Phase III asthma trial for HBM9378 slated to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Cumulative licensing deals with global pharma exceed $13 billion
Harbour BioMed has out-licensed ex-China rights for HBM9378 to Windward Bio, HBM7020 (BCMA×CD3) to Otsuka Pharmaceutical, and HBM7022 (Claudin18.2×CD3) to AstraZeneca, alongside a license and equity partnership with Solstice Oncology for HBM4003. Together with long-term collaborations involving AstraZeneca, Otsuka Pharmaceutical, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Pfizer, cumulative global deal value now exceeds US$13 billion. The AstraZeneca relationship has expanded from a single-product license into a framework covering R&D collaboration, equity investment, and a joint laboratory.
AI-driven discovery engine expands through MegaStream TechBio venture
Subsidiary Nona Biosciences operates four technology engines covering bispecific/multispecific antibodies, XDC, CAR-T, and AI-driven drug discovery. In October 2025, the Company launched its first fully human AI HCAb generation and screening model powered by the Hu-mAtrIx platform. LET003, developed on that platform, delivered preclinical data in 2026, and Harbour BioMed subsequently formed MegaStream TechBio with BioMap to combine proprietary datasets, purpose-built large models, and its pipeline into an AI-powered R&D engine.
