Land O' Lakes, Fla. – September 08, 2026 -- FirstService Residential has been selected to manage Del Webb Bexley Community Association, a nearly 850-home active adult community in Land O' Lakes, Florida, with the transition beginning October 1, 2026.

Single operator to unify association management, lifestyle programming and food & beverage

The partnership consolidates association operations, resident services, amenities, lifestyle programming, and food & beverage under one accountable management team. Del Webb Bexley's amenities include a resort-style clubhouse, an on-site bistro, a fitness center with wellness programming, pickleball and tennis courts, a resort-style pool, outdoor gathering spaces, and walking trails.

Board sought an operating partner beyond standard property management

Rada Kleyman, business development director at FirstService Residential, said the community's board wanted a partner capable of aligning association management, lifestyle programming, amenity operations, and food & beverage services under one team. She said the company's experience managing large-scale active adult communities, combined with local leadership, hospitality expertise, and its technology platform, positioned it to preserve the resident experience at what she called one of the premier 55+ communities in Florida.

Full-service scope adds financial stewardship to lifestyle activation

FirstService Residential will provide full-service association management alongside lifestyle and amenities activation, including oversight of food & beverage operations. Brent Reynolds, president of master-planned communities at FirstService Residential, said the goal is to bring operational consistency, financial stewardship, and an elevated resident experience by integrating management, lifestyle, amenity, and food & beverage functions under a single team, creating greater accountability and streamlined communication.

The agreement emphasizes resident experience, operational transparency, financial oversight, and vendor accountability as core components of the partnership.
