FFR Targets Positive Cash Flow by 2028 on Under $150M Funding

Los Angeles – October 18, 2026 -- FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. (NASDAQ: FFR) expects to need no more than $150 million in total financing before reaching positive operating cash flow, which it targets no later than the third quarter of 2028, according to a weekly investor update from Faraday Future founder and Global CEO YT Jia.

FFR schedules Nasdaq listing ceremony and first Investor Day for October 26

FFR will hold its listing ceremony and first Investor Day at the Nasdaq Tower in New York on October 26. Management will present strategy and business plans and meet investors in person. Formal invitations were due to go out the day after the update.

Two humanoid robots debut at $2,490 and $299

FFR and Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) jointly launched three offerings. The first is FF Nova, which the company calls America's first entry-level embodied AI (EAI) humanoid robot under $2,500. The device costs $2,490, and a Developer Skills Package adds $390.

The second is Nova Mini, a humanoid robot for foundational Physical AI education, priced at $299 with a $499 curriculum. The additions bring the FF EAI Robot World 2.0 portfolio to more than 20 EAI Devices across 11 models, seven series and three robot forms.

The company also introduced the Physical AI Spark Program Curriculum and the Nova Reinforcement Learning Developer Program, and opened enrollment in its developer community.

NVIDIA SONIC resources go open source on GitHub and Hugging Face

On the technology side, the company's EAI brain, The All-New Futurist, now fully supports SONIC. The company also released NVIDIA SONIC data, models and deployment solutions built on FF Master as open source through GitHub and Hugging Face. Universities, research institutions and industry partners worldwide gain a path from algorithm testing to robot deployment.

Pure-play listing is meant to sharpen valuation and cut financing costs

Jia addressed stockholder questions about FFR's acquisition of FFAI's robotics business and its independent listing, citing four benefits:

Strategic focus: All spending and financing rounds will serve the "Four-Core Full-Stack AI" robotics strategy.

Valuation: As a pure-play robotics company, FFR can be valued directly against industry peers rather than being affected by factors tied to FFAI. Jia pointed to continued deliveries at positive contribution margins.

Transparency: After closing, FFR will have almost no debt, with cleaner balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement. Jia said this would help attract strategic investors and long-term capital.

Funding needs: Jia cited seven advantages, including an asset-light operating model, that support the cap of $150 million in total financing before cash-flow breakeven.

FFAI will remain FFR's controlling and majority stockholder once the transaction closes and will continue to share in any future growth in value. Jia described FFAI as a Physical AI investment company following a Berkshire-style model and said it will share further updates soon.

FFR was renamed from AIxCrypto Holdings, Inc. (AIXC) effective September 30, 2026, and is still in the process of acquiring the FF EAI Robotics business.
