The platform currently counts more than 340 ownership groups across seven countries. The center, at 502 Techne Center Drive, will serve owners of all seven brands: 1-Tom-Plumber, Clintar, Kitchen Guard, MilliCare, Prism Specialties, The Seals and U.S. Lawns. EverHUB training stations replicate commercial sites for seven brands

Brand-specific stations simulate the commercial environments franchisees and their teams encounter in the field. They use commercial equipment, including a partner-contributed walk-in refrigerator, so teams can practice service procedures before working at customer sites.

The stations will host live demonstrations and hands-on technical instruction. An 80-person event room will handle onboarding, business training and franchise meetings. The facility also houses a podcast studio and a recreation area.

AI lab will train franchisees to build agents on Claude

A dedicated AI lab will give owners live demonstrations and case studies of tools for daily operations and technician training. It is equipped with computers, workstations and virtual reality equipment.

The lab will support the development and training of AI agents built using Claude. The stated focus is helping franchisees support their teams and improve customer service.

CEO Ghadery says every new owner will onboard in Milford

CEO Justin Ghadery said EverHUB gives owners across all seven brands access to hands-on training, Home Office teams and one another. As the platform grows beyond 1,200 territories, "every new owner will start here."

Brian Marra, owner of 1-Tom-Plumber Pittsburgh and the brand's 2026 Franchisee of the Year, expects better-prepared technicians and stronger customer service from the added hands-on training. Chris Kushmaul, owner of MilliCare in Ann Arbor, Michigan, said training on the equipment, processes and service standards used daily will create greater consistency across the system.

A "Voice of the Franchisee" theme runs through the facility, recognizing leading owners and highlighting their role in shaping the platform's direction.

A private grand opening will include a ribbon-cutting, tours and entertainment. Attendees will include franchisees from all seven brands, strategic partners, platform leadership, Riverside representatives, franchise brokers, IFA partners and local officials.
