TM Forum Advances Autonomous Network Validation with CAICT Partnership and AWS Mission Board Appointment
SHERIDAN, WYOMING - April 14, 2026 - TM Forum, the global connectivity alliance representing more than 800 member organizations including the top 10 communication service providers, the top three hyperscalers, and leading network equipment providers, announced two significant strategic developments in early March 2026 that advance its agenda on autonomous networks and AI governance. A formal partnership with CAICT, disclosed at MWC2026 on 3 March, is designed to enable live validation of autonomous network innovations. Seven days later, AWS executive Kaniz Mahdi was confirmed as a member of TM Forum's AI and Data Mission Board, deepening collaboration between CSPs and cloud providers to scale trusted, interoperable AI across the global connectivity ecosystem.
