LONDON – October 07, 2026 -- DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) has grown Assure Platform adoption to more than 275 customers as it rolls out new AI-enabled tools and London Market investments aimed at modernizing insurer operations without disrupting legacy systems.
DXC adds 18 Smart App customers in one year, reaching 450 insurers
Since launching Assure Smart Apps a year ago, DXC has signed 18 new Smart App customers supporting more than 450 insurers. The AI-enabled tools target underwriting, claims, broking, distribution and operations, letting insurers start with a single business priority and scale capabilities over time.
Platform has driven 750,000-plus automated transactions and deployed 70 agents
At scale, Assure Platform has enabled over 750,000 automated transactions, deployed more than 70 agents, and digitally extracted upward of two million pages, according to DXC. The company is also extending Smart Apps into its Life & Wealth BPS operations, which support 11 million policies, process more than $11 billion in payments annually, and handle 300,000 claims a year.
New Assure Configuration Manager cuts deployment complexity via low-code tools
DXC introduced Assure Configuration Manager, a low-code, configuration-driven capability designed to help insurers configure, assemble and deploy Assure Architecture components faster. The tool is built to reduce the effort required to introduce new capabilities, giving insurers quicker access to connected services, automation and AI aligned to operational priorities.
DXC combines Assure Platform with London Market Core Platform capabilities
DXC said it intends to merge Assure Platform capabilities with its London Market Core Platform (LMCP) to strengthen scale, security and operational control across the market. The company is applying Assure Architecture and Workflow Assistant to modernize selected London Market workflows, improving how work is routed and tracked while preserving continuity for market participants.
Ray August, President of Insurance Software and Business Process Services at DXC, said insurers face pressure to modernize faster and adopt AI without disrupting systems their businesses depend on. The announcements were made at the DXC Connect Insurance Executive Forum in London and build on the company's Protect, Extend, Transform strategy.
