Board now includes 10 independent, non-employee directors

The addition lifts Deere's board to 11 seats, 10 of which are held by independent, non-employee directors. The company cited Boland's expertise in accounting, financial reporting, corporate governance and global finance.

Boland led EY's U.S. and Americas operations from 2022 to 2026
